Non-physical traits we're attracted to in girls

I was driving to work today pondering this exact question.

the best I have is that I would find it earth shatteringly attractive of a girl that had an elevated level of self confidence. Like for example, a gal who was driving to work and a car runs into hers and causes an accident but she's not hurt right? But a girl who can quickly analyze "Am I hurt? No? Okay. I can get through this, it's just a car". instead of some girl who flips out and absolute loses her sht.

What's that character trait called? I don't think it would be 'nonchalant' is it? Beyond that girls who read are also a priority.

Having an actual purpose or desire to succeed at something. Not just shopping and planning the next vacay with the girls but actually wanting to become a doctor or open a nonprofit(not the “I want to end world hunger” kind of thing, something realistic)

Sadly, that's often all they would care about.

However, there's a good way to find the people you want. Look for them when you're exercising your own hobbies. If they're doing the same, there's a good chance they'll be a fit.
Speak with girls at the library if there are some.

This. girls that act like or hint at wanting to be "one of the guys". (most female miscers).

One of the sexiest things about my wife is that she can play billiards (she's real good). She's able to hang with the guys but doesn't try to emulate them. She's not burping, using too much vulgarity, etc.

She's "dainty?" hard to pin down but like Stainless says above, you just know it when you come across it. She would never be a Miscer.
