I wouldn't say it's the trailer, but the trailer park itself. There's nothing wrong with living in a modern trailer home out in the country.
IMHO it's a waste of time to live in a trailer that is kept in a park. Yes, the trailer parks do background checks like regular rented homes. However, sh*t people know the way around that. A trailer park just makes living next to sh*t people even worse vs a home.

Seems like a great idea really. stick houses can be total garbage chit hole hell holes too. stick houses also depreciate.
