I feel like those people making decisions are overly acting liken the kids aren't even sentient beings capable of adaptation.

they seem like those type of out of touch 50 year old high class British people who go on safaris and treat local people like they are sub human exotic animals not human beings.

third world kids got some survivability they aren't so soft that they will freak out and die just being moved.

grab some freaking masks, get them some floatation setups for buoyancy, wrap em up like the rice bags if you have too. give them fins and water gloves

turn them into floaty breathable safe packages so that even if they got confused they can still breathe. get them connected to a main extractor carrying the tank where its just a mask and a hose leading to a guy. maybe even wear them like a floaty backpack at some parts and then in the small crevice where a tank doesnt fit use rope guiding one behind the other.

get a Thai speaking communicator in there and use communication to help them get through this situation. Mostly telling them about panic and loss of air and to just go with the flow of the person extracting them. they are foreign, not mentally retarded beyond potential teaching

feed them rotisserie chickens and protein powder fir a few days, then jack them up on red bulls and anti anxiety medication or some good mix for energy and calm.

these people seem like they Are way over thinking things and projecting the potential of human survival. like being of a 3rd world country doesnt mean your mentally disabled .

first thing those kids said was like lets get out of here. they looked ready and able enough just get them on a one week bulk with 6 hours worth of teaching and lessons each day leading to an extraction chain one at a time. should take 3 weeks

Judging by the pic looks like they're just shooting the sh*t having a blast together.

Feel more bad for the average miscer tbh. Most miscers basically live in a cave (their apt) completely alone, at least these kids each got 3 other friends with them.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

"There has been reports that kids have heard sounds from chickens and birds," Ben Reymenants, a Belgian who owns a diving shop in Thailand and has been assisting with the rescue efforts, told CNN.
"Were those hallucinations or did they really hear it? Because that would mean there is livestock nearby or at least a forest which would make an alternative entrance possible."

what is the deal with that passage hole near the front where it doesnt “fit with an air tank."

brb a 6‘2 British grown adult can fit but a 12 year old asian boy cant adjust some angle to make it work....

the sections in the cave have water and land segments so there are places for breaks too. each upcoming scenario can recharge air and change gear.

I mean its 2018 we have the technology to do all kinds of things maybe a couple 50 yr old hermits aren't the best leaders for this. im sure theres other "intelligence" around but I dont trust then either.

and then theres the whole topic of them “not knowing how to swim“ like what the FUk do they need to know how to swim for? they aren't taking swimming lessons at the public pool to do freestyle and breaststroke laps... they are navigating murky coffee black waters in a cave WITH OXYGEN MASKS ON and as many floats as they need what does swimming have to do with ANYTHING? At no point should they need to worry about air or buoyancy on the transport.

what the hell has their ability to “swim” have to do with any of this???
