Well done! Congrats!
Very inspirational. reps.

At age 64, I've exceeded all my prior PRs. Not “over the hill” yet. :)

Don't understand how natties train one body part a week. I'm ready to go again after 3-4 days and I go hard.
But it clearly works looking at the OP. GJ. Legs must be huge at that height/weight/upper body looking like that... unless the photos aren't doing you justice.

I was ~8-10 years in when I first felt that way. i.e. if my past self could see me now, I'd be happy. Mycurrent self wasn't 100% happy though
Mirin your shoulders btw. Mine never really popped like that, funny how our genetics/insertions are so different.

Good for you bro. I hate my physique (and it's not a bad physique). Feel like I'm on the edge of a really great physique and can never push to that next level. Just going round and round and it's frustrating chasing a level you can't quite get to that you feel like you should be able to reach. Some times I wonder maybe this is just the best there is for me and that's even more depressing tbh
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Its a good physique to try to maintain/keep. Maybe a little fine tuning here and there but otherwise solid.
Mirin those urinals though. Never seen any like that. Would piss in/10.

Once I get to where I wanna be, maybe I'll taper down to 1x a week and leave more time for cardio/stretching etc.

Looking good , gj bro .
gotta say it's weird how you have definition on the front but not on your back , guess you just store fat differently , i'm the opposite .
edit :
bout 260lbs atm , been lifting but drinking beer and eating what i want , pretty happy with the muscle gains atm but would be 100% if i was down at your bodyfat

Mind blown someone trains for 8 years, rides a bike and still can’t bench 3 plates or squat 4. That’s why your legs and arms are so puney
