Working out won't make much of a difference at all. I got a ton of girls in the 8th and 9th grade and I could only bench about 115 and squat maybe 135 lbs. Girls would regularly ask me out or ask me to be their boyfriend. Even attractive 9/10 ones. They seemed to be very attracted to me back then.

Now in college, I can squat about 300 lbs. and bench about 255 lbs. and its much harder to get girls. Most girls don't show much interest in me even when I DO talk to them in college. I'm not saying that lifting makes it harder to get girls, i'm just saying its all about the face and lifting barely makes a difference.
