Yes. I'll have the loan paid off within 2 years, then my electricity is free for the rest of the time I own the house. Also installing the system increases the property value.

I could add that option but its expensive and I don't feel the need to do so.

Just tried out the new RPD loader tool I bought. Fukk me that simplifies the process. Loaded a 100 round belt in under 5 minutes, 12 rounds with a single press of the bar

My realtor messaged me and was like yea I’ll be buy with the photographer tomorrow to take pictures. I was like yea no not happening.

Yep, came with a Caterpillar V8 Diesel. It was a beast in it's day. Oliver tractors will always be my favorite because that's what we always had when I was growing up, and my family started the company way back in the day. Then it was called the Hart-Parr Tractor Corp.

Depends on the size of the farm and the tractors needed. The new huge Ag tractors are GPS and/or laser guided and have insane programming abilities

yeah but like you said in that post above, then you are beholden to the service and warranty support of the company, which Im sure many small farm owners just dont want to deal with

I bought a Gravely ZTHD52 last year and it is awesome. Commercial mower performance without the commercial mower price.

Also, Kubota often does 84 month 0% financing on new tractors and you can force the dealer to throw in a bunch of implements to make the sale

Yea not cheap. I’ve been pricing them out. New compacts with a mower and front loader are 20k. Subcompacts are a little less but they are tiny.

Backhoe attachments add like $6k. Fuark.
