I don't drink vodka or any hard liquor you retard. I haven't had hard liquor since may 2015. I enjoy beer too much. I was using that as an example, for example my neighbor is a Vietnam veteran and he drinks at least a full pint of vodka a day. I know another veteran that told me he used to drink a fifth of vodka a day until his liver gave out and he was on a transplant list and forced to be in substance abuse program and sober for a period of time before he would be considered for a transplant. I'm not sure if he is still alive but he told me he went cold turkey and almost died. I'm taking a break for at least a month maybe 3 to give me some perspective and a reset since I only feel sober when I'm intoxicated. Figured I'd make a thread so if anyone else wants to join we can keep each other accountable. Fuk off you negative Nancys. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. Let that sink in.

Quit caffeine 18 days ago, from 2 cups a day to 0. Been pretty easy. Drink beer once a week crew so no need to quit crew. I'm on dat no porn October.
