I am already on nofap since last wednesday.. I thought about fapping today but I think I'd feel guilty after, I want to give nofap a try for 90 days so I want to remain strong.

I knew a guy who thought no fap was a good idea, despite my warning him with scientific FACTS that no-fap is dangerous to the male human body. He didn't listen and a couple days later he caught herpes, then contracted a rare strain of non-curable AIDS and then died not long after. He was hit by a car though, it wasn't the AIDS, but if the car hadn't shown up to run him over, the AIDS would've taken him. Also, it turned out that the driver of the car that hit him was also on no-fap and had become so jittery that he no longer had self control and lost cognitive function. When the authorities took him out of the car he had what was described as "...At least 20 ounces of dried up precum..." which fused his pant leg to his leg hairs.
