How about just get a real or second job where you actually WORK and get paid for a couple months then use that money to go to a legit hospital instead of trying to save like 1k.

She was a realtor and a dancer... she could have afforded surgery here in the states, a rinoplasty isn’t super expensive.
I’ll say usually no one cares about tiny imperfections you think are big imperfections but an enlarged beak is a deal breaker. Cut that **** off, but get a licensed surgeon to do it.
Guys with a beak, not as big of a problem as a girl with a beak. On a woman, it’s a big deal.

Most nose jobs always end the same, that stupid butter spread bridge that makes them look like some weird angular wax nose. It doesn't even look remotely natural or appealing. Still, you don't deserve to be brain dead for that action regardless of how shallow and superficial you are. Cheap cosmetic producdes are cheap for a reason, you're not going to have rigorous medical standards and you'd think something as impactful as your outside appearance would warrant extra money.
