I bet half the people in San Diego cross the border into Tijuana for a huge range of medical work. Brb drive 45 minutes and cut thousands off medical expenses. Get into chit like bariatric surgery and you’re talking a procedure that costs $20,000 in the US but $3,000 in Mexico

vast majorities of surgeries are for chronic conditions; for many people it's the difference between living with pain forever and actually getting the procedure they need because US healthcare system is retarded. with that said, something as superfluous as a nose job still concerns your face so probably don't want to penny-pinch there.
