Driveway stories: 2018 edition (PART #1). Pics will be posted in sequence of events

If you remember last year the first victim was a Fedex driver in a box truck with summer tires. On the way to an event at daughter's preschool wife said she was expecting a delivery from Fedex.

On the way home I pull into our driveway to see this HD wrecker at the top of our drive starting to chain up.

I look to wife and say “well, it looks like Fedex came”



Park and walk up to wrecker and see it’s the same operator as last year. Ask him if it’s the fed x guy. He says “yep, goddamn dumbass has summer tires on and is buried. We are going to chain up then turn around and head up”.

While they chained up I walked down to the bridge. Itwas the worst kind of snow, wet and when compressed turns slicker than sheet ice. I almost ate chit a few times walking down. I was getting confused as I didn't see anyone on the driveway or in the ditch. Walked further down and looked to the right to see this.

He said he made it almost to the curve then couldn’t go any farther and started to slide backwards. Said the ditch looked better than the brook.

Yo boyos, public service announcement for those that might not know. Federal has a pretty sweet rebate going on for their "Black Box" ammo which includes blazer brass and other offerings. $20 back on each case up to 5 cases. Plus right now Active Junkie has 8% cash back at Academy.

I snagged 2000 rounds 9mm and 500 rounds .380 off Academy's website last night, free shipping. With the rebates and cash back I ended up at just like 11.4 cents a round delivered to my door.

If you are looking to stock up for some sweet range blasting, now's not a bad time.
