I have not had pizza hut in years. They were so disgusting I can't bring myself to even try.

I rarely ate them even when they were free and I was a poor ass high school or college student working at a taco bell with pizza hut express

I do really want to try what seems like the best of both worlds, how-can-it-not-be-best, Trugo TFX Pro style, where there is a tritium lamp behind a fiber optic rod in the sight.

But every time I look at them or grab the plastic test gun at the gun stores that has them mounted, the front sight is so damn small. And I'd have to find a matching rear or black it out or something because I wouldn't want FO or even full brightness green tritium in the rear

Try the different color rears if you can.https://www.amazon.com/TRUGLO-TFO-Ha...truglo+tfx+pro

The amber isn't nearly as bright as the green to my eye. They also make blacked out rears with a white or orange front insert but they'll still have the tritium dot.

If Truglo sold *just* the front sight, in a height that fit factory sights, they'd make a killing. Not sure why more companies don't do this.

I didn't know truglo made different color rears for those. Interesting. Thanks. I don't suppose you know of an M&P compatible Truglo with orange or red around the front sight, FO and Tritium in the front, and a blacked out or amber rear?

My favorite set of sights is the Trijicon HD with yellow rear tritium but they are hard to find even for Glock, I only have one pair, the rest are green in all three spots. I used to go with Ameriglo Pro Operator with yellow rear but really prefer the larger more bold HD front and the u-notch rear and all that so I phased out the pro operators.

I actually black Sharpie over the rears of my sights now, when the rear has white dots or full brightness green tritium...those Ameriglos I posted with the new M&P pistol are a plain black rear no dots or tritium. The Sharpie doesn't usually completely black out the glow or the dots, but subdues them a bunch...kind of similar to having the dimmer and off-color amber in the back

That is the impression I get, and combined with the price, why I have never owned any.

But the concept of a tritium lamp behind a fiber optic just seems too good

Just about.

Smoking hot cast iron pan with just enough safflower oil to coat it. Dry steaks off and season with kosher salt and black pepper. Into the pan for 3 minutes per side then sear off the sides for about 20-30 seconds each. Into a 425 degree oven pan and all for about 1:30 until 125-130 internal, remove and let rest

Nope.

If I want the forward set flat face, gotta buy the whole kit from scratch, and the sale from a few days ago is what it is.

Wish I had known/remembered they do the apexmas sale thing, I obviously hadn't really paid much attention to them in past years or signed up for emails or anything.
