Was in a long term relationship for 5 years, got out of it at 27 (cause I wanted to bang some new new) and 8 months into being single.....living in a nice place right downtown Kansas City, pretty much going home with a new chick at least once/week, having 4-5 available at the drop of a text.............I felt empty. It wasnt what I thought it would be. Sure the first month was awesome, then it became like a game, then you start to notice a "formula" to it and every girl starts to become the same and you start to feel like you're losing sight of what you really want and you start to question women, because you see them in a different light....thinking that they arent worthy of your real feelings or love because of how easy they are proving to be, making you numb and almost lose hope in finding someone you can trust and that hasn't been through this mess with a ton of other guys.
Took a month off from going out & meeting new girls, decided to spend a majority of time with just 3 of the ones that had been around for a while. Actually took them on dates and attempted to change my skewed perception that I now had, taking time to self reflect and figure out what I wanted in life. Found a new job, moved back close to home (town of 30k) and began the search.
