Profit sharing in February and August. We get two grocery store gift cards for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Wish they would move one of the profit sharing times back right before Christmas, would be more helpful then, but I'll take it!

$100 christmas bonus

My real bonus is after the tax season, was $4k last year

Ton of other bonuses throughout the year, like half day fridays, but paid full 8 hours. Staff lunches, random closes of office, still paid in full.

It's pretty legit

No bonus but promotion starts Dec 30, and coincides with a department wide raise so in total about a 20% raise

Also, as a gov brah I only get 1.9% of my salary as a bonus. feelsbadman. but feelsgood that I will probably 2-3 extra weeks of paid vacation thanks to Trump refusing to back down on the wall.

My raises and bonuses come in March. Raise is matched to CPI, but the bonus was 15k last year. Paid for my surgery with it. Would have been nice to use it for something fun.

After working my ass off over the last 5 months since our other engineer quit, I actually ended up getting a pretty decent raise. Brought me from 76K to 90K per year along with $3000 added to my yearly bonus.

Been cussing the other engineers name every day, but in the end it all worked out in my favor.

Getting closer to that 100K CEO status

Our bonuses for the current year are paid out at the end of the first quarter of the following year (March). It sucks, but likely drives lower turnover for those whos compensation packages offer higher bonuses.

I'm near the top for individual bonus compensation this year, and looking at $24,000 before taxes. My goal for this coming year is to make partner, then my compensation package for bonuses will be paid based on overall regional financial performance. That's when the really large bonuses kick in.

For salary increase, I'm not sure yet, I'll find out in a couple of weeks, some of which is dependent on whether I am promoted to a senior manager.

Seems a lot.
If you take the entire population of people who say that they work in 'finance', then it is not typical for people to make that sort of coin.

But there are lots of roles where it is typical, so he's probably telling the truth. The better question is what that translates to as an hourly rate, because for a lot of young corporate finance bankers the hours are brutal and the hourly rates are terrible unless you survive the first few years.
