Please tell me why something like 90% of relationships in developed countries are between people with less than a 7 year age gap?

Not true. I was a shy, skinny, socially awkward kid in my twenties, but after massive self-improvement, I have far more dating options in.my thirties.

Yes something like 10% of girls like older guys but ~99% of girls like guys their own age. So while on paper a guy has more value with age, value is also determined by what the free market wants to pay.

And of equal importance, free time is out the window once you pass early 20s. You're left with a fraction of the free time and 100x the responsibility.

Unless you have top tier genetics, money brings leaches. Did you ever have an attractive girl, just be attracted to you without knowing anything about you but the way you look?

It's like a desired career. Many people say things like "I'd love to work at NASA," but very few, if any, actually sit down and put the time and effort to actually achieve this goal.

Statistically if a person selected at random were to say "I'd love to work at NASA" there is a very low probability that individual will ever actually work at NASA.

However that being said, there is absolutely nothing stopping that individual from buckling down and dedicating their rest of their life to obtaining a NASA career. If they put in the effort, chances are they'll eventually get what they want.

Similarly while many older men would like to date younger ladies, very few of them actually put in the work required to actually do it. But the fact that most men do not, does not mean that an individual can not.

I'd rather encourage fellow miscers to pursue their goals rather then suggesting those goals are unobtainable, simply because most regular people don't do it.

Okay but the thing is you can’t put in the work to change someone’s fundemental dating preferences.

No amount of work is going to make the idea of sleeping with a 40 year old less repulsive to most 20 year old girls. It’s not something you can outwork.

Your analogy is flawed.

Miscers are betting on the notion they’ll be able to wait till they’re old to date young and I’m saying that’s a dumb bet to make.

Men can miss the boat too.

There’s tons of 40+ year old men on dating sites realizing they want a family thanks to their midlife crisis and the fertile young women they want are no longer interested in them.

I actually agree with the notion well to do men in their 30’s will get interest.

But from late 20’s-30’s women who want a house, kids etc.

Not from 18-26 year old hot Stacy’s.

Women often dream about the handsome young prince who will be king one day, not the old guy who is king now.

Guessing your boyfriend is not a handsome young prince or handsome and young or just handsome. So lots of mental gymnastics going on

Looks in the West is another factor like stated earlier.

A good way to know that you're in your peak is when your facial buccal fat has decreased (babyface has matured) and your hairline has formed that "V" shape (Norwood 2) masculine look. Also a deeper brow ridge which gives your eyes a squinty look, at least more compared to before where your eyes look more surprised and "goofier" in your teens.

I have a Norwood 0.5-1, with temples filled with baby hairs, smooth cheek fat, my dad is 60 but looks 40, and people always comment I look 18-20. One girl even told me on a dating site to hit her up when I am 35 as she rejected me lmao. This guy I know at the same age has a great hairline V shape and looks early 30s even though he's 25 and is doing pretty well with women...I can tell he is at his visual peak. His dad's bald so I know his youth won't last as long as mine.

I've been a lot of forums lurking and it seems true despite my wishful thinking that most women do not give af about money. Even looking around, most are with guys in same social circle, whether it's an athlete circle, small town circle, business circle, or just a plain circle. You're better off learning to become a high sexual energy clown that makes friends easily everywhere. I will say that from observing "Chad" online profiles on threads, it's quite cookie cutter...lean, fit, travel, 7+, but look mature (whether that's a 20s guy or an ex-babyfaced late 30s guy), and "great" photos.

My observations which make sense to me now at least.

Nothing has changed in thousands and thousands of years. It's all there because it works. Social media is not an accurate depiction of when you step outside and interact with humans. Women in their early to mid 20s are not looking for someone their age, well not in my country or any that I've visited. Males anywhere from mid 20s to early 40s have many options based on their social value and physical attributes. I've had women not interested in me because I was their age, it's fairly common.
Maybe some miscers live in odd places. It's just a fact, older men with their sh*t together have the leverage, while women in their youth have the leverage over people their age. The power shifts dramatically, but if you're some slob thinking: "Oh boy easy pickin's!" you will be disappointed.

That is older you absolute idiot, do you even know what the term older means?

Yeah here are the facts

Women prefer older men, that's how they've evolved and that's how they will stay forever. The point of my posts isn't to say you can just hit 30 and slay, the point is that it's not a hinderance and can actually help you provided other things are in order

I don't care about your neg, feel free to neg that other girl who said the exact same thing as me, you didn't because you're just doing thot logic where you're butthurt because you're post glow and thus have to try and get back at men who don't want used up roasties like you.

Sorry hun, men prefer young, fertile and glowing women, maybe you can open up your own cat store with the expertise you are currently acquiring.

Chit comes naturally to me at 31 compared to 21.... Its not even close....

Being a little younger than i am now is cool because you still get to anticipate your 30s lol.

So far ive thoroughly enjoyed all 3 decades of life. Looking forward to what this one brings.....

Maylie (with the generous assumption she’s a girl in real life) would let Leo DiCaprio and a host of other 40+ year olds fill her up all day and beg for a relationship.

This. I'm 29 and I've never gotten more chicks than I do now. I have friends in their mid to late 30s and they are smashing 18-22 year olds on the reg lol. Chicks are attracted to confidence and older guys are generally more confident.

I personally think there is a difference between looking good in the “perfect male modeling” sense and looking good in terms of what women truly find sexually attractive. I think 28-35 is where the latter happens.

This is a really good way to look at it. Most young women want to find their prince. Most older women want to find a King.

I think late 20's is the sweet spot where you can really stand out as the possible prince if you're doing most things right. 30 is still good but you're definitely entering King territory where you should have your chit together and can't use the excuse of "when I get older". Nope, the time is now.

I think this holds true until mid-late 30s (ie.: it's when a male actor supposedly peaks). After that I agree that it's mostly coping

Exactly but its not age itself, its status money and lifestyle that may or not come for some guys.

Especially in this generation of suppressed wages and inflated costs like housing. more and more men wont have that going on

No one thinks that. No one is arguing that. You're replying to people stating the obvious as if it counters their points, but really you're just showing your lack of understanding their points. We aren't talking about the 1% here, we are talking about the everyday person, the person who won't achieve success overnight. Most people will be more successful with time (aka age). Late 20's to very early 30's are a sweet spot of having some youthful characteristics left, and also hopefully about a decade of working towards success. You'll generally have much more financial freedom, confidence, etc, things that come with time/age.

I just turned 30. No big promotion. Same salary as last year more or less. But I'm better off than I was last year, more savings, more experience, that came with time/age. If you argue that age does not in some way help, you're basically arguing time/experience don't help.

Where does this data even come from? Most men look pretty bad after about 35. There are exceptions, of course, and status/wealth generally increases with age, but in terms of pure physical beauty, the male trajectory is pretty similar to female trajectory.

This is highly accurate. I'm not nearly the physical specimen of my friend here but tall enough, handsome enough to have never had trouble dating, decent sense of humor etc. Can count on exactly two fingers the amount of women who knew I was a doctor/about to be one who expressed any interest in me, and they both were the type to watch Greys Anatomy. Most young educated women actually understand that dating a young doctor is not good for them because the lack of free time and very rigid schedules/frequent night shifts.

Don't we wish dude. Dual-income household and money is still as tight as school with repayments until we get some moonlighting going. Being a doctor any more is definitely not equated with crushing student loan debt by the general public the way it is for us. Obviously the income potential is there long-term but for someone like OP (emergency medicine -> critical care medicine) or myself (internal medicine -> pulmonary critical care medicine) you're looking at 6-7 years of training after school with modest salaries and on average like 200K of debt. I'm confident it will get paid off eventually but it is not fun to have around right now and if I was single and living on my own my expenses would be even worse and I would be taking dates to fuking burger king.

But that girl is actually retarded, Ashin. "I don't use to talk with people my age" is full retard. Also, 28 isn't that far from 20.
