What’s the go to for .22lr ammo these days? I think I’m gonna get Ruger pistol today for cheap plinking.

If you want extremely reliable ammo that's pretty consistent and plinking-accurate as well as plinking-priced, CCI Mini Mag or CCI Standard Velocity.

Otherwise the major manufacturer's cheap bulk stuff seems to depend on the specific gun so the only way to know is to try, but I'd start with Federal bulk.

I’ve always shot the CCI so I’ll probably stick with that. Although red box Aguila has treated me pretty well.

Definitely picking up a Ruger Mark IV soon for my son.
I see those things have just about as much aftermarket as 10/22's. You can buy triggers, completely new uppers, etc. I can see me dumping some money into it in the future on a Volquartsen upper and chit for sure.

Whatever 22/45 Lite I can grab the cheapest. Going to put a dot on it and as far as I know only the Lite models come with a top rail.

Try one out...the inside-the-frame slide rails help with recoil mitigation. This is a Mozambique at 7 yd with a stock P07 from concealment...the hammer pair is less than an inch apart. Bear in mind the first shot was heavy double action too.

So its been 13 months since we had solar installed. I have not paid a single cent to the electric company since March (when we started producing more than we used. STarting in winter isn't the best). Just got my bill for Dec 12 - Jan 12 and we have a total of $495 in credits to draw from still. Will definitely take us through end of winter and beyond.

I agree. They were a small mom and pop shop, but when they built the new building, they got snooty and high priced.
Remember in the old store, they would always have a barrel of $125 Mosins

$28,500 total. No up front cost. They had a 12 year loan at 2.99% or a 20 year at 4.99% through a local credit union they partnered with. I did the 12 year. Payment is $160 a month. You get a 30% federal tax credit for installing the system, which was $8,500. At the end of the first year you take the amount of the tax credit and do a principal payment to keep your payment at $160, otherwise it goes to $220.

Damn, that's what we paid to have our roof/soffit/fascia/gutters installed.

What is the KWH rating on your system, and do you have any sort of battery bank to go fully off grid if you wanted?
