this ^. Painfully transparent with their motives at this point. Also they know the report can't legally be released without some crazy chit going down at high levels to make it happen, so they're using that as a backup narrative as well. "We can't see the report and Barr is a Trump appointment so we can't trust his summary, it's all a sham/coverup and Trump really is a Russian puppet".

They will never release the full report. It would breach the 4th amendment to disclose personal information about people that were not indicted, or charged with a crime. Not all indicted were successfully prosecuted (Flynn).

My guess is that the hard evidence will never see the light of day. Mueller linked Russian agents to the hacking, but unless the entire report comes out we won't know what the evidence was. And that's even assuming the evidenciary details are in his report. They may have kept the technical details of how they uncovered that link hidden to protect against hackers using that knowledge to improve their hacking.

They are already clinging to the "this report does not incriminate, nor exonerate Trump in regards to obstruction." Prosecutors prosecute. They dont exonerate. This is where the presumption of innocence comes into play. Democrats and their media hawks essentially know this, but are spreading fake news.
