Does it count if they’re unconscious when I talk to them?
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Basically I'm 28 years old and have never talked to a girl before. I'm a virgin needless to say and am wondering if anybody here has any advice or was in a similar situation and managed to overcome it.
I'm getting a bit worried as I am getting close to 30 and this certainly is not normal. I just don't know what to do to break out of my shyness and social anxiety with girls. I fear rejection more than anything else at this point and girls seem to be extremely cruel and unforgiving to guys who don't have the typical extroverted macho alpha male personality.
I'm in decent shape, 6'1, 190 lbs around 12 percent body fat. Hasn't really helped though, I'm still invisible and can't socialize.

What are you worried about OP? Like, even if a girl was to make fun of you for asking her out (unlikely), how are the consequences to that so bad? My anxiety fell away as I realized that you're in full control of how you react to negative outcomes. It doesn't have to ruin your day if you don't let it. And conversely, this mindset allowed me to become far more confident, extroverted, and likable.
Socialize as much as possible. That's what you need to do. Join clubs, sports, get a group-based hobby, do SOMETHING with other people. Build your social skills. And things should fall into place. Know that it may not be quick however, don't expect to fully conquer your anxiety in a week. But you may be surprised at how much more confident you get day by day. The thing is you gotta push yourself out of your comfort zone. Girls aren't your problem, anxiety is.

Wonder why the misc attracts these sorts of people. You must be incredibly ugly, with those stats, to not have had any female contact. Just pay for it and get it over with.

Michellelnne repped me once so you can say I'm sort of an expert on the female species.
The trick to these nasty little buggers is to make yourself as big and tall as possible while borderline shouting. This will make women acknowledge that you are an alpha male and are not to be trifled with

If you fear rejection why dont you try and be friends first? Can't fear rejection then, and then youll grow more comfortable talkin to them?

Make friends and expand your social network OP. And make it a priority, social anxiety at age 28 is long overdue

This fear you feel is basically your subconscious telling you that your genes are inferior and reproduction is not something you should be doing. I also have this, as well as a bunch of other miscers.

He either needs to just sack up and approach or accept his fate. He will get nowhere trying to befriend girls (Unless he keeps them at arm's length and doesn't try to become emotionally close to them...then, he can maybe use them as a way to meet other girls.) I still don't think most men can have real friendships with girls. Unless you want to be the cuck shoulder she cries on after getting railed by Chad, best to keep your distance.
