You dont even need a telescope to see abother galaxy, Andromeda (our closest galacric neighbor) is visible by the naked eye in the right conditions. And yes we have deduced the existence of some planets in other galaxies using gravitational micro lensing.

Our galaxy has like 100 billion planets or in other words solar systems, I wonder how this is even conceivable. If we are alone, it was pure luck

the universe is constantly expanding, so we'll never see those "aliens", according to light speed and relativity. also, there may have been extremely intelligent civilizations EONS ago, but they're long gone, because "time" is nobody's friend (it's not real, at least our concept of time).

at the end of the day, in the grand scheme of things, your "god", reiglion, culture, opinions, etc DO NOT MATTER. everything is so pointless and meaningless in relation to humans, it's quite absurd how small-minded most people are to not look at the big picture and think logically about our place in the universe.

Not to be a complete "doomer" but then again, we're just intelligent monkeys floating around our solar system. If we are the first intelligent species, then whatever comes next, in a few billions years, won't even know we existed at some point in "time"... the sun will swallow up any evidence of our struggles and achievements. It's sad, disturbing, but kind of relieving to know lol.

You guys realize that Kormo is among us, right? By the way, the Kormo race refers to itself as a collective whole, so if there is one, there will be many. Prepare for the day of the Kormo. Terraforming is already underway.

If aliens exist they would be gods creAtures too the pope says

They too could believe in God or divine creator I believe
Until there's proof of God of the earths great religions by us or by alien rAces though It is still just a believe I get.

but also would god, angels, demons not be considered alien life aswell? I mean put aside fairytale notions for a sec and if God did exist.... Wouldn't be be an alien being at the end of the day?

What if there is an alien so advanced they may have created human life and can create other life left and right. And has control over everything including time, space and Matter.

I know most choose to believe if we discover alien life thAt it'll mean Gods cannot exist. I don't get why. It could very well confirm the opposite.

Oh I believe we are not alone either way. Meaning I believe aliens do exist. I just don't think that would automatically mean there can be no god.

Does he he bible or Koran teach there cannot be aliens in existence? I never got the argument is all.not to blibber on like a moron but I see too many people saying the day we discover we are not alone is the day Christians Muslims and religion in general is debunked.

Not at all, these books guide us on how to live our best lives, but they exclude many other things that were created that we don't know about and don't need to anyway since this life is just temporary. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

more than that

the milky way has something like 100 billions STARS, each with (on average) something like 7 or 8 planets, each with, on average, something like 12 moons

and as far as we can tell, there's no reason life cant exist on moons too

She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.
