Two episodes left to go. Sam is such a phony. She latches onto the alpha at the drop of a hat. She's the cause of much of the drama even while trying to come off as innocent. Whoever that chick Hawk screwed up with...she would be the ideal.

Finished season 2 last night and its another platinum hit boyo!!!
The fight scenes are awesome big Hollywood production like Chan flicks
Next season a detailed back story on Kreese in Vietnam would be cool. It be cool to see what
turned him into such an evil son of a bish!!
Overall hot sloots good fights and tons of feels, solid 9/10

Miguel falling at the end reminded me of that dude in American Me being thrown off the tier!! Goin out like a true G!!

I know it's very pussy like of me but when the fight started in the school I was a bit taken aback. School violence just hits a nerve for me. Especially since the violence was being taken seriously...ie. there were no repercussions for the violence inflicted. The kids would just do damage and the after effects to them not shown. It kind of took me out of the scene....a huge orgy of violence like that in school. Obviously the Miguel thing puts it in better perspective.

What I've enjoyed about the show is it's always been down the middle with its politics and philosophy. The Miyagi vs CK visions of life. The hippie perspective vs don't be a pussy perspective. Both are shown to be useful. We get the 'why' of what causes them. Love that.

I'd wager 90%+ of that audience has him as their favorite non-adult character, so for them to make it so he can't do karate on this show would be full retard
Of course he's doing that grinning to get the audience to dislike him. His whole mug is done up to make the audience want to root for Miguel.

Here's what I think re Miguel...

He'll be in a bad way at first.. Doctors don't know if he's gonna make it, etc. Then he'll be paralyzed for a while, then move a finger showing a small glimpse of hope. Then he'll begin a long and difficult rehab with the help of Johnny - eventually returning to full health. Probably struggle to walk at first. Then struggle to do a push up. Then before you know it, he and Johnny are working pads and doing kata on top of a mountain or something.. It'll take too long to show it all, so that sets the stage for a very Rocky-esquetraining montage...
