If your attitude about natty or not is what's attainable, then you are being naive. A huge chunk of guys you see everyday in the gym are not natty, or half natty. You think Arnold started out looking like a professional BBer? No, it took years of excellent training, diet, and .....things.

Look at before and afters on reddit. MANY of them end up less impressive than many of the actual natties here.

Hell, I'm sure it would blow your mind to know just how many WOMEN in the gym are not natty.

My gym is full of guys who are big, but don't know what the fuk they're doing. They never squat, bench or deadlift more than 2 pl8s, yet are way bigger than me, like bradley martin level. Saw one guy grind a 1 pl8 deadlift and his physique looked like that of a movie star.

"Creatine" lets you get away with anything

I'm not saying that I can always tell or maybe even half the time tell for sure. I've never been around it personally, so I have definitely been surprised at being told someone I thought was prob natty is not. I just think that some people are able to attain a physique natty that some would assume is enhanced. I've seen it IRL with my ex. He's never touched the stuff and if you guys saw a pic of him when he was young you would freak out and accuse him of being on something. Are you natty? Because I think you have a great physique (no homo!) and there are plenty of guys here who are natty that I think look great.

And yes, since joining here I've learned there are plenty of women that are not natty. Which is why I piped up and said I wouldn't touch the stuff.
