Finally squatted 6 plates!
The red ones!
705 @ 222
I’m old so I compete in open so I’m against the 24 year olds and sub-masters (35-39) and the sub-masters WR is 694.
I might compete in a couple weeks but have someone very close to me that is sick so I can’t commit because I have no clue what’s coming.
Anyway, happy Saturday ya silly geese.

Not a good reference for how to do this other than the mental aspect of training.

a series of short tasks over a relatively longer period of time is life. altruistic light moves under the cover of your own darkness.. find this inner torch bearer and accompany them to the end. we all walk together, but we all walk alone. there is no understanding or purpose beyond that

Bobby also has a crazy work schedule and travels a lot so his style of training works really well for him and he's smart enough to know when to pull back and push forward. I just know personally I wouldn't be able to handle that consistent level of intensity for that long without running myself into the ground. I really wish I could though lol it's awesome to watch progress that consistent.
