How the fuk is The King in the North going to ride south without his trusty dire wolf by his side? Every week this show tries to out potato itself.
It was nice seeing missandey get her head lopped off but other than that this episode was a dud.
And lol at the suprise stealth ships with 100 foot sails blowing in the wind. And the guided missle bolt throwera that do more damage than exploding shells. Lmao those little spears would splinter on the side of a ship. They don't have the mass or speed to punch through timber. Go shoot an actual gun at a railroad tie and see how much dmg it does. Lmao. Magic spears are more fantasy than flying dragons. Potato.

5. Jon is getting more and more useless. He's probably so bored at this point. All he had to do, if he really didn't want the throne, was shut his whore mouth and not tell Arya and Sansa a word until AFTER Dany had won. There was ZERO point in telling them now. Why does he suddenly give a fuk about bloodlines and his claim to the throne? LMAO
They're just manufacturing fake drama at this point.

The producers of this show are horrible. Once they ran out of the real content written by George RR Martin it has gone steadily down hill. It all started really tanking when they created that whole arc in Dorn for bronn/jaime despite having actual things written by the author that those characters could have been doing that would have made much more sense. I think that's why they are finishing up this season as quick as they can. They simply didn't know how to do it properly and just want to get it done with.
As for the dragons. I'm ok with them being vulnerable. Dragons never stop growing. The ones that were originally used to conquer the 7 kingdoms were way older than the ones in the show now. I think the main one was over 100 at the time iirc. Once they get much older their scales get so thick that nothing can penetrate them and only a shot to the eye or something could kill one. But currently these dragons aren't that big yet and so are vulnerable to ballistas.
But despite all that the show has still gone to sh*t.

I wrote off GOT last episode
I loved this one. Having no expectations elevated the show so much.
- Jamie/Brienne. Great
- Dragon death. Finally something important dies
- Tyrion/Varys dialogue. Finally a conversation for more than 2 lines
- Sansa immedietly telling tyrion. LMAOd
- Tormund. LOL every time he speaks. So sad Brienne didn't take him
--Tormund literally so sad about the rejection that he's dipping out back North LMAO

How ****ing cool would it have been if at the end of the last episode the Night King gets to Bran...looks at him...and kneels in front of him as the episode ends and you just see Bran's blank stare? Now THAT would have been "subverting expectations", and completely plausible given the ominous nature of the "Three Eyed Raven" (he is in fact another extension of the Children of the Forest, and therefore might not necessarily be an ally of the humans).

I will admit though, I am not as disappointed in this weeks episode as I was last weeks ever since I lowered my expectations for this show actually delivering. Varys going back to his Spider roots was good to see. I also likes Sansa's conversation with the hound.

And Rahegal getting killed was epic and unexpected, but just the logistics behind it ... .Like people jhave said, dragons not seeing the ships, lol wtf? As cool as the scene was, it made no sense and in a show that used to rely so much on at least its own set of rules within that universe, they've seem to have thrown it all out.

Jamie hearing the news of his sister winning so far.... looks like he is going to kill her, here is what I think will happen. He will try to kill cersei, euron will defend her to defend his baby, etc. Jamie and Euron die.... cersei realizes she has lost everything and commits suicide while kings landing is burning down...
Dany kills tons of innocents... jon snow has to stop her as she has gone mad from the lost of her dragons and friends. Jon snow has to kill her ;__; to save the innocents from the mad queen. A true king does not seek the power of the throne. He is simply selected by the people he loves and defends. A false king or queen seeks the power, to ego rule that they know best for everyone's well being.
You seek peace, there will always be psychopaths /killers to fck it up. It's easier to start war than maintain peace. All it takes is one assassin ;___; your family murdered by a assassin sent by a opponent is enough to drive you to war the struggle of power.

Rhaegal going down legit made me rage hard af. That's what I want most from GoT: I want it to make me feel real emotions. If it does that, I'm pretty happy. If it doesn't, then I'm much more apt to pick apart strategy and other inconsistencies
Gonna plan to stay back from the show and this thread and hopefully continue to enjoy the next two episodes
Will also expect a positive reception from professional critics but I guess we'll see

Okay why didn’t she kill them all while they were right in front of her? That made no sense to me, what advantage would it give her letting them just walk away? 2 dragons down and that was free kills for her which would of helped her in the war.
