It really wouldn’t be. Jon killed the guy you mentioned, Qhorin Halfhand, because that’s what he had to do to help the Night’s Watch. If Dany goes full Mad Queen, Jon would absolutely kill her if that’s what he had to do to save everyone.

Basically the waif killed Arya's actress friend, then said Arya was supposed to die. Arya kills the waif.

When she returns to Jaqen she feels he's being dishonest or something, she says she's Arya Stark, and leaves.

This. She's Arya Stark, not no one. This was apparent went she hid needle instead of throwing it away and then when she went back to get it. As well as going back to Westeros because she still cared about her family.
