Guys with pistol collections...

What are you locking your stuff up in?

Every "gun safe" has room for a ton of rifles and like one pistol. That's the opposite of what I need. The ones with adjustable shelf systems start at like double the price I want to spend.

Build your own shelves in the space where the rofls go?

I have a Costco safe and it has shelves in the top section and on one side. I would think in pretty much any safe, you could build shelves that would work for pretty cheap even if it needed to be something more free-standing to sit in an empty space.

This is what I may have to do.

Was looking at the basic $500 liberty safes. We have an alarm system and I have everything insured. It's more just to keep the kids out and casual burglars.

Sig P365 with extended 12 round mag is god send. Fits the hand perfectly, unlike something like a Beretta 92. Too bad no safety.

Really wish the 365 was easier to get here in CA.

If you like the "fits your hand" thing, look at the P2000sk sometime. I'm always amazed how nice it feels to hold.

Just picked up a p365, rented one a while back and liked it and for the most part a majority of the issues seemed to be lined out. I'll throw a thousand rounds through it before I carry it and report back, as far as the size/ergos/etc, pretty damn hard to beat for sure. I didn't think I'd ever carry something I can't get all my fingers on the frame but here I am playing with a dinky little piece of plastic lol. Very well could be one of the last polymer pistols I ever buy, I keep saying it but I'll say it again, **** basically everything that isn't a cz75 variant or clone lol, I honestly don't even like the 2011's I've briefly handled.

CZ master race strikes again.
Seriously just lol @ anyone who doesn't own at least 1 CZ pistol. Get with the master race or keep lying to yourself about your perceived idea of what the master race pistol is.

On another note, I watched ep 1-5 of S8 of GoT since the finale is tomorrow.
7/10. I find the direction of the story just fine - but it all happened entirely too fast. Needed at least another 3-4 episodes to get to the point we're at now, if not more.

Any of you watching HBO's mini series Chernobyl? 2 of the 5 episodes are available and it's a solid 8+/10 so far. But maybe I'm biased because I find the event so ridiculously interesting.

So a question for some of you guys. Should I spend a couple hundred dollars to rent and shoot some fully automatic weapons or should I put it towards buying my own in the distant future?

I mean is the experience worth it or should I wait a while until I can buy my own (waiting for some documents to come through)?

Fully auto is fun, but pretty much pointless. There's virtually no practical application.

Wait and buy something simple of your own as soon as possible.

Buying a full auto will cost you 30k.
