I can't be bothered to go through 7 pages of this.
But long story short; you ultimately have the power to affectmostof the goings-on in your life. Maybe not all, but most, or the larger majority.
If you could put in a little extra effort to increase your satisfaction in life by 10%, why wouldn't you?
Like, let's say you're obese, woefully ugly, make $7.25 an hour, have no savings, and don't get laid...
Wouldn't you swap that for being in-shape, making $25 an hour, with 20K in savings (all else remaining the same, ie; still kinda ugly)?
I genuinely don't know about you, but if I could check off 4 or 5 extra boxes and be slightly more satisfied with life... well, I'd do it.

I saw that thread about the $130k thing. I know a guy locally that makes $300k and he is living like that kid. Dude has a $1400 car payment for 96 months on a $90k car...just brain dead. Smart enough to make the money but too stupid to keep it.
Many know the story about my ex-wife cheating blah blah blah. Well, One of the guys she fuked with was 6'3", good looking, jacked, full head of hair in his 30's and a good job...he hung himself last Thursday. I don't know his struggle and its fukin awful he's dead. This guy had literally everything some of these people want...height, money, looks, aesthetics and took his own life after a fight with his wife. Tell me his mindset had nothing to do with his overall view on life...
