Oh okay. I remember a show like that where some older dude did arts and crafts stuff. Bald guy with glasses in his 60's probably. Seems similar. Pretty sure that was a Canadian show.

My sister watched Jem. The rival band was the misfits. I remember this because the real Misfits are one of my favorite bands.

It was basically a fighting game but in real life. There was like health bars and everything. There was a "champion" who had the Dragon Star. Everyone had belts with like slots in them and everyone would fight each other 1v1 in different levels or stages just like in fighting games. Sometimes random ninjas would pop out and they would have to fight their opponents and the ninjas at the same time. When one persons health bar was gone they lost and the winner got like a token from their opponent that fit into a slot in their belt. When all the slots were full in their belt they got to fight the champion for the Dragon Star and become new champion.

It was also like a reality show too so there was always random chit going on like people trying to sabotage each other or random villains popping up and feats of strength competitions.
