Earn good money every month, and it's guaranteed.
Starting up my own business is too risky.

Agreed. Don't spend your life enriching others with your hard work, become the master of your own financial freedom. Your goal should be to eliminate the people who can make a decision and ruin your circumstances. Having a boss that can fire you is one of those people.

I don't have the money to start one. Even if I did a franchise like a wing stop, it costs $200,000 to start one up, where am I going to get $200k from? You're not allowed to finance the whole thing so that rules out getting loans.

in the age of internet not starting a bussiness is really retarded, heres how i did it and still do it:
1. have an idea, maybe a passion: start writing about, a blog or a website of some sorts.. CONTENT CONTENT CONTENT
2. work on it everyday like a retard, dont expect to get paid the first year.. CONTENT
3. start monetizing with google adsense, amazon asociates or anything else that could work in your niche
4. watch the money slowly pouring in, invest it into other ventures/websites
theres gonna be lazy kunts who tell you this is sooo hard in 2019, **** them, literally start with 20$ and then its just about good original content and moentization once you get traffic
fukk off if this is too hard for you

Decent salary, bonus, matched 401K plus supplementary pay in leu of pension, company car, good health insurance. My best friend partners with his dad in family business and works all the time , can’t retain any good employees, it is definitely a lifestyle. I’d rather not live my entire lifestyle around running my own business.

I started a small business so I only have to work part time at a job. If the business grows then fair enough, I will leave my job but not too fussed at the moment.
