True story my gma was a divorce lawyer. She had a client in the navy, this was always her point because he was an upstanding guy.

During the divorce they argued or something. She was going to the car, he tapped her on the shoulder as she was getting in the car.

Now, i cant remember the punishment, but it did affect his case. I do not believe it was jail. Maybe a restraining order? Regardless, there was a ruling on it and it was not in his favor

I think people should be aware of just how far the law is, and ridiculous stuff does happen

Serves him right. You don't just throw yourself over people like that. He went way too fast. Should have started with some elbow action then worked his way up the creases to the back of the arm where the skin is less sensitive and the touch is thus perceived as less intimate. From there the door is open for a shoulder tap & talk. Overall encounter I'd say 2.2/5 stars, 1.5 of which are for effort and putting himself out there but I see room for a 1 star increase if he works on his elbow transitions. Looking forward to see any future progress.

'lonely guy', he wouldn't be in trouble right now,if he did what other lonely guys do and touched himself in his basement,so what makes him more special than them? . Instead he touched a total stranger and despite all the feminism,the average woman is far more physically vunerable than the average man on the street,I would even in the UK allow women to carry pepper spray to even the odds a bit in case they met such a creep . . No sympathy in the slightest for the creep. Iam shocked they didn't use the 'autism' defence, but they have used to mental health card, 'anxiety', I suffer from bad anxiety, doesn't make me want to touch people,let alone girls who are alone. My former attorney was cheating on his wife with a married woman with three kids. They ended up breaking up both of their marriages to be together. At some point, he went to do the custody swap of his two kids with his first wife in a public parking lot and when she saw her son sitting on the new wife's lap, clocked her ex-husband with a snowball and called the new wife a whore or similar as she slapped the top of the car.

He actually managed to have her arrested and charged for this, although the charges were quickly thrown out and she sued, which also ended up thrown out.

To this day I'm still astounded he managed to convince a sheriff's deputy to make an arrest over that.

Oh please she is describing it like he was Michael Myers, she is being way too dramatic. But on the other hand the guy did screw up by trying to touch her I mean what the hell sites did he read that says "In order to make friends you touch random people" I think this was a huge misunderstanding and he shouldn't be facing 10 years in jail and being a registered sex offender for an honest mistake. Hopefully they can all settle and he apologizes and she stops trying to ruin someone's life over a mistake.

His intentions might be innocent but he stalked a 17 year old girl so as to touch her while staring at her wordlessly, something he managed to achieve twice. It's not a 10 years in the slammer crime but it's completely reasonable for her to go to the cops over this and it should be taken seriously.

Note, while his stated problem is 'being lonely', he's not going up and talking to other guys in the university bar, which is what students do when they want to make friends, he's hanging around in public grabbing on younger girls. Creepy as fuk m8.
