No fap is the truth for the 100th time

5 days in.

Brb wake up with tons of energy in a calm mood not depressed

- naturally walk with a confident stride for some reason during no fap chest out (I usually have this lingering tense feeling in my body during no fap instead of feeling weak and tired all day

- BIG ONE more focused on your goals and can see the long term vision which seems to get clouded during nofap. The small tasks towards my goals everyday feel like nothing

- got a weeks worth of work done during the weekend.

- mental clarity during social situations not insecure or in your head.

- can appreciate a hot woman with a nice body without imagining her in some porn situation

- tastes in women improve only an absolute 10 will get a rise out of me

- no ****s given about what others think. Clear perspective on your life in relation to others
