Why TF doesn't everyone reload??? I'm an idiot for not doing this sooner.



Legit less than 2.5 hours to reload 1000rds and I'm still working with only 1 primer pickup tube. Like 11 cents per round and I can make lighter or stiffer loads for plinking or possible defense.

When I get setup for 45 soon, that's when the real savings will be seen.

This Geissele rifle is such an incredibly good deal. Very very tempted to buy

$1090 for a 16 inch with a fantastic bcg, charging handle, muzzle, and amazing trigger. Basically everything on it is good to go except the grip, but just slap a $20 bcm grip on there then you're gucci.

I know. I keep looking at it but I know it’s probably going to sit most of the time because I’m always going to grab a 14.5 when I go shooting. But I feel like I should be buying one just to have.

It really is. It's less than what a standard FSB mil spec FCG plastic handguard poverty stock carbine gas A2 flash 6920 used to go for (remember when the best deal going was $1,180 for one of those if you could find a Walmart that carried it?)...but it's a Geissele with a barrel made by them in house and they don't even have to ream the chamber...the reliability enhanced BCG...Super 42 buffer spring...maritime bolt catch...ambi safety...good stock...Surefire flash hider...super charging handle...that rail...the new fancier than an SSA-E trigger....just shop around for some of those parts piecemeal, on sale no less, and realize they are all on thatcompleterifle.

And yes, all it needs to befinishedis a different grip and then the personal choice accessories (sighting system, sling mount, light, forward grip, whatever)






Of course, it's Tuesday now, so the sale pricing is over. They are now $1,600-$1,750 depending on color. Still a competitive deal overall.

I didn’t want to spend the money but I have 60 tons of gravel getting delivered Friday to fix up my driveway. It’s basically a giant slip and slide mud pit so had to be done.

None. It’s flat so not dangerous like Blump’s. I had Brownells and SGammo orders getting delivered today though so we’ll see if UPS slid through my garage or something.

I get excited about them for like 20 seconds and then I’m like wait it’s 2800 for a gun that was cool in the 90s.

I’ve been having trouble finding/getting excited about a gun to buy. I end up shooting a BCM AR and Glock 19 90% of the time.

Do really want a 9mm PCC though.

as of right now you can buy an mp5 rifle with one of those stupid grip attachments that prevents the thumb from coming under the receiver and its ca legal

9mm MP5s are fukn awesome. even with a 16" barrel they balance great, feel damn light and handle like a .22 except its more powerful.

would 100% recommend. you dont have to buy the $2800 HK variant though, zenith is just as good, as are the Atlantic firearms clones. i dont think theyre in production anymore though.

Yeah but HK won't produce them that way. Which means that you'd have to find someone who is willing to buy it outside of CA, modify the grip with a fin, then become a resident of Ca to get one legally. They're gonna be like $6k here on the secondary market and you'll still need the ghetto fin grip.

looks like windham also sells complete upper receivers in that configuration which is exactly what i had wanted to buy. retro A1 looks with an A2 heavy barrel, chrome lined Chrome Moly Vanadium, M4 feed ramps. theyre on back order though...

im probably going to have to buy two of these along with two 16" FN uppers.

Been on the lookout for a pencil barrel a1 carbine upper but nobody sells complete upper receivers in that config afaik.
