u go hard on back or chest day recently? maybe u got the same thing i had
i was breathing so shallow i think my chest was squeezing my lungs or something idk lol

Get a EKG, which I am sure they are doing, and go from there.
He had to have a minor surgery for an abnormal heart beat.
And two bypasses for blockages. But that is a different thing. Genetics.

if u really want to make sure there's nothing wrong with your heart get the holter monitor stuff done. they strap a machine on you for 24 hours that checks your heart. it's just like wearing a heavy necklace. or something, u can still do whatever with that machine on u
