I was trying think what id do if i were the ups driver. However, im unsure what the gunman wanted with the driver... Seems like hed just be interested in the truck. I guess his best bet was to escape right (where the robber was. But maybe he thought the gunman would kill him?). If he went left the cops were blasting that entire wall so he couldnt have done that

I guess the cops decided the gunman was enough of a loose cannon and public risk that the ups guy was sacrificed for fear of more than 1 other person getting hurt?

Imagine being stuck in traffic with that. Fuk.. Nothing to do with it then youre blasted with gunfire

It is absolutely saddening that UPS driver died. I'm a delivery driver for amazon. This is my worst nightmare. ****ing peices of **** that did this deserve to slowly be tortured to death for being degenerate peices of ****. Also RIP to innocent bystander.

Complete disregard for human life all around.

- Using innocent bystander's cars as cover (Who knows if there's children in the cars?)
- Unloading on the suspect AND the hostage
- Unloading on a busy highway with dozens of innocent bystanders who have no where to go
