Average height girls (5"5-6") should not exceed 135lbs and this includes those who train.
Hope these chicks are at least 5"10.
If not, it is no wonder why HTC exists in great numbers. Slim pickings indeed.

That's pretty crazy. A massive shift just within our lifetimes.
I remember as a teenager I was so freaked out by the thought of getting fat that I went anorexic instead. That wasn't a smart move, but, like... I wasn't totally wrong about the environment I was living in.

Wonder how this breaks down demographic wise. Half of Americans make 30k a year or less as full time workers. Upper middle class and above women or who are from an upper middle class and above family probably aren't overweight/obese.

When are they gonna finally change BMI to measure bf% and not weight? Doesn’t matter how much you weigh, according to the BMI I’m vastly overweight, yet my bf% is 12% and I’m more fit than people that aren’t overweight. It doesn’t matter how much you weigh, it’s all about bf%.
Currently 6’2” 212 lbs
Maxes
Deadlift - 420x1
Squat - 375x1
Bench press - 345x1
Overhead press - 245x1
Training to be an arena/semi pro football player
Also fight mma

For men maybe less so, maybe move the upper limit of "normal" to 27.

must be a bunch of above average ones around my place.
