I don't remember ever having repped Wincel, certainly don't rep him onsite, but in general yeah I think people rep those they like, and that's why you end up being on spread often.

I literally have no idea how that guy was even named moderator in the first place. That was a mistake from the word go, and then site management refused to fix the problem for like 10 fukking years. A LOT of good miscers got undeserved bans because of that.



As far as Bobby goes, I try to keep the bad and the good in mind with everyone. I'll admit that I'm faster to see the negative in people, but I can admire that he A. actually lifted (and lifted HEAVY at that) and B. worked hard to change his life and kick alcohol. Of course, on here he just insulted people and threw out low-IQ parroted political arguments, so I didn't like him as a poster at all. But he at least had a backstory I could respect.

So for Bobby, that mix IMO was like 80% azzhole/20% good dude. But for Kenny, that split was literally 100/0. And I'n not salty about a ban or anything either; I don't think Kenny and I ever interacted in any meaningful way. Just watching how he treated other posters secondhand got me rustled, and he contributed literally no posts of value on his own.

Technically, if reps weren't important AT ALL to any poster here, they wouldn't rep or neg at all. The level of importance though, should just stay on the forum and not anywhere else, definitely not real life. But to some degree, people bring real life importance into it, because misc is a place where people can expose themselves and get their lives ruined. It's happened many times before. So, it's somewhat understandable, that a person who seemly says/acts like they don't care about reps, can suddenly show they do. As stupid as it sounds, lives can be ruined over reps, that's why people somehow end up taking it seriously.

Though, that's what I've always been saying, it's okay to like posters and whatnot, but yeah, the cult mentality can be very toxic, where a normal poster can be treated nearly equally as a mod. I guess that's what's been shutdown in all this drama, whether it's justified or not, this is as weird as it can get. But oh well, more power to Bobby, hurt about reps or not, he still has a real life to live, and I'm pretty sure he's still going to do it.
