I've already fapped TWICE to porn this year. I am on a low right now and just caving for a quick rush. However, worse depression and regret always follows.

I want rid of porn itself. It does no good. I'm not going to necessarily rule out the odd fap, but the porn has to go. The odd thing is, in 2019 I fapped more to porn than any other year, despite being 37 years old. My record for the year was only 13 days, as supposed to 60+ like previous years.

Currently closing in on 2 months no fap. Zero urge to fap. No porn for several months now.

pleasantly surprised at how easy it's been so far. I didnt even intend to do no fap but im already on day 9 no pr0n/no fap. I don't even think i've had a full erection in that timespan. Feels good man. Just need to channel that energy towards something constructive now.

Been in since October. Fapping rarely crosses my mind most days and when it does its not something I really want to act on. After 100+ days in I just feel so grounded and dialed into my life.

My emotions, anxiety, thinking focus, have all settled if that makes sense. When before they were like rough waters.





Some tips:

- stop counting the days


- Associate fapping with something lame in your life you used to do but you don’t anymore because it’s so below you (something you’ve graduated from like riding a tricycle or the 6th grade).


- associate porn with some stupid form of media you’d never waste time watching (soap operas, day time court shows, professional wrestling)


- tell yourself you’re past that **** anytime you feel the urge to watch or fap. Literally tell your self you cant believe you wasted so much time doing that and fapping isn’t apart of your lifestyle anymore

I'm about to turn 32 - ignore the age in my bio....

In on day 3... the most i've ever gone in... years... is 6 days.

I have ED and I'm 100% certain it is porn induced....

All my friends married never having time to do anything gives me a lot of free time. Over the years it's gotten to the point where I'm not even in the mood I just flick over to pornmd for something to do. Sometimes three times a night.

My test is way down... have had it checked... but not so low where the doctor can prescribe me anything... great.

A part of me hates it because I feel like there isn't even a light at the end of the f*cking tunnel where the ED will be gone and i'll be good as new - which just kicks in the being annoyed and I force out an anger fap to porn. A cycle I haven't had the willpower to quit yet.

Here's hoping day 4 goes by successfully.

I was never a heavy user. Regardless, I gave it up a long time ago and I have absolutely no regrets.

I suppose I'm fortunate that growing up in the 80s and 90s, I just missed the availability (and acceptance) of porn that following generations have been exposed to.

The chit is dangerous to developing brains. Erectile dysfunction in young men is skyrocketing due to porn. I can't imagine what it's like to be a 11 or 12 year old kid having unlimited access to the most depraved chit on Earth.
