Apparently all of the misc does... except i dont think many make it to the second part of that..

I dont know anything about law enforcement so not sure if what the officer did was right or wrong but this was clearly some mentally sick or drugged woman that didnt deserve to die.

However fukt up she looked in the vid, we dont know her backstory.. this is still a person. This is someones mom..

Honestly, they should have a better method of incapacitating a violent person that a) doesnt put the officer in harms way and b) spares the life of these insane/drugged people.

Like a shootable net or some bull**** lol..
