University of Denver emailed my son and they are moving to online classes next week. Will do finals online. No word on whether the next qtr will be online but I'd be shocked if it didn't.

So all the major universities in CO are moving to online classes. Campuses (dorms, libraries, general facilities, etc) open but not putting students in classrooms anymore for now.

It is funny, Contagion (Coronavirus the movie) is close to what is happening. Less fatal in real life but not too far off reaction wise.

Also, Spenser Confidential was ok, a fun dirty cop movie.

In the end . . . the ramped up panic, suspension of sports, etc is a good thing. You really do need people to follow the very basic measures, which includes avoiding crowds. And people just generally won't take that seriously. So this forces them into it in some cases and maybe shocks them into actually being more intelligent about it more generally.

Everyone will call you a crazy guy who over reacts... until you're right.

Better to over prepare than under prepare seems to be the case here TBH, Italy is a good example of it, a few cases, no worries. A couple weeks later whole country is on lockdown.
