I don't think so? Going to collect shopping is not an adequate form of exercise for someone young -- it might be if you're over 60 though.

Don't think that could work-you would have huge lines of people too close together outside, fights breaking out etc, people a long way back probably mugging others when they come out etc.

It is impossible-you just have to try to limit it as much as possible-yesterday I walked as far on the opposite side of the pavement as somebody else & just outside my house walked in the road ot avoid another-some idiot in Sainsbury's was standing there having a go at two members of staff for the lack of stuff on the shelves/didn't have what he wanted etc. So we had to get closer than recommended to them. The idea is not to stand around/sit yapping with other people, exercising in parks with them etc like we have been seeing.

30 minutes a day of walking is the advice-I spend 90 minutes plus walking there & back, add in the walk around the store & it is the best part of two hours.

Spot on, once the danger is over, everything will revert back to as normal as possible. Strict measures need to be implemented, I'm sure it's going to hit the USA big time soon and they will have to resort to these measures too. If not it will be catastrophic!

Par yeah we need all these rules but it's a Poice State - even ppl are getting told off for sitting in the Park according to the ITV 6:30 News and then they are closing Parks and stopping people going to the Countrside and the seaside - but they say you can walk/excersise etc. where rxactly then - unless you have specific detail/how do u know? Answer is you don't - so why try

** Other clarifications needed are why is'nt Banks/Post Offices mentioned for vital business when it's on the list of "Open Shops", but they say you can only do them main 4 things, and as well excersing one day - does that mean (as I live in a semi rural village with the main Town a Mile and half away), so needs a car, unless you fancy quite a walk through several estates/link roads etc as it's not Direct as a Walk and same back - does this mean after all this you can not walk the Dog after etc, as that is TWO FORMS

It's about time these stupid Tories got real - though I guess the name say's it ALL ..... be Conservative over it and not straight to the point (as it HAS TO BE) at the mo Imho!!!!!

Ordered a nice standing gun rack just so I can look at them and/or pick them up while I remember how good it feels to be able to own a tool for my personal protection. I'll be wearing some spunk covered jogs as well.

Yeah. Whatever.

Anericans rather die of Corona in Freedom (in fear of their cops and getting arrested for jaywalking), than working from home for a few months and spending less money on booze and junkfood.

Get a backpack. Run to the shop. Carry 20kg of shopping back home.

Run to work. Run home.

You are allowed shopping - tick.
Working - tick.

Now the exercise part - there is no time limit.
BBQ with the neighbours is not considered exercise. But cycling is.

Or try triathlon

Cycle to work, run to the shops, swim in the sea.

Cycling to work is not exercise. It's commuting. No police is stopping me walking home from work. They apprehended that loitering guy in city centre.

I haven't seen horrendous queues anywhere. There was one queue at Lidl where they had 1 in 1 out policy. People were standing out in the sun 2 meters apart. Perhaps 5 people waiting.

There were the "Black Friday" like queues before opening at tesco. But the same shop was nearly empty of people when I was there two hours later. And got everything I wanted.
Cycling, walking, swimming.
No car.
