Given how many people don't know their medical history, what medications they take, and despite painstakingly teaching them about their medical problems, they still forget to take their medications, eat like ****, don't exercise, etc.

Welcome to the life of a healthcare worker.

I don't have any tattoos, nor am I interested in getting any, but the attitudes on tattoos have been changing. I don't have enough fingers and toes to count how many physicians I know who have tattoos, some of which are visible. Anything from simple wrist or behind the ear tattoos to full arm sleeves. One of my best buds from medical school is collecting tattoos all over his body. No face tats yet, though.

paramedics are kinda low on the social ladder so I wouldn't care about them having tats but a physician with tats? yeah that's unprofessional.

I don’t have any tattoos, and likely never will. I don’t have anything against them at all. I like them on a lot of people. Most of them are just cliche.

I dont think a lot of people realize doctors and nurses have tats but you just cant see them. For the people who hate tattoos, would you just walk out after 3 years of going there if you saw a tattoo on your doc or surgeon

Tattoo's = smokes, drugs, didn't take education seriously, tries to look like a badass cope and psychological issues. There's not a huge difference between the psyche of tattoos and people who have gender reassignment surgery, your permanently mutilating an organ to compensate for some type of unnatural psychological stress.

Nah that would be patient abandonment. My EMT took basic vitals , 12 lead , and we gave her aspirin and nitro, but she wouldn’t let me do an IV and transport with me in the back . We special called another rescue

honestly i think people shouldnt do big tattoos in places you cant hide in your workplace.

Ru serious? It is unprofessional, even though everyone has sleeves nowadays and are no longer original at all. Still doesn’t make them look any less trashy.

The worst is seeing them on hot bishes. Dead giveaway they are retarded and only good for one thing.
