Unforeseen circumstances should permit a refund (death, natural disaster, illness, etc...). The company is fukked up for doing that. Now if you call off your wedding or change the date or some other bs then fuk u no refund. But the guys a ******* too for going to social media. Should have at least tried in small claims court.

Fuk that photographer. I would understand not refunding it if it was 1, maybe even 2 months in advance that he canceled, but 3 months? The rationale behind the company's argument is sound. Wedding arrangements are made months, sometimes years in advance. It's unlikely the company would have obtained another gig with such short notice.
