Why does it matter if he even was on drugs or not? the fact of the matter is the pig had his knee for an extended period of time on someones neck who was begging to let go as he couldnt breathe. You're telline me these 3-4 brave boys in blue couldnt properly restraint one dude despite having him on the ground choked with the knee on his neck?

No he’s saying the presence of illicit narcotics in his system was a contributing factor to his death. Draw your own conclusions about that as you will.

No one is saying that. The point is he 'may not' have died if he had not been on drugs. How many people die from drugs without a large physical exertion or stress put on them? 1000s.

Here you had a guy on what appears to be a copius amount of drugs and being put under a stressful situation.

Did you watch the video? See what the store clerk said? He said the guy appeared to be heavily intoxicated. He could hardly walk.

To just completely ignore the fact that drugs could have played a role here is being very obtuse on your part.

A lot of misc cop posters openly talk about juicing. If they got killed and autopsied, there would be a headline that cops were on drugs.

manner of death: homicide doesn't mean necessarily mean the cop is guilty of 3rd degree murder.
If the drugs contributed to his death the cop may walk free.

It's like if you are an ******* and get tazed by a cop but you had a heart condition and die, the cop won't go to jail for murder
