i'm a little weirded out by the fact that the guy missed the taser shot THEN the cop drew and killed him but i don't know how tasers work if it was still dangerous or anything. i thought those were 1 shot deals then you had to reload but i might be wrong

but yeah overall that dude played a series of very stupid games and got himself killed over a DUI

Its stupid to fight a cop for his weapons no doubt.

That being said, assaulting a citizen does not warrant the death penalty. It seems reasonable to say that you would not want an officer to open fire on two bros fighting in the street simply to end the conflict by killing one of them.

IMO this isn't a justified shooting. I don't agree with the idea that because some guy has a badge he gets to play judge jury and execution in the street
