Imagine all the miscers desperately trying to ascertain if the girls in the latest hnnnng thread are trans. Then one day they forget to check and spring a semi without thinking. Boom, by their definition they are now homosexual.

all you need to do is properly vet every potential partner by getting a birth certificate and it's all good. you can avoid eye contact before receiving it so you don't slip up.

What if the partner changes to identifying as a man after she leaves you?

Ok so like this. Trans women who havent done the operation, since a lot of them tend to dislike their dick, they will do anything in order for it not to be shown and present as feminine as possible, therefore being caged. Even though they are caged, they are still able to cum from anal sex, without having to touch themselves and without even being erect. The cage prevents them from getting an erection, but at the same time they are still able to cum.

It's very easy to say that online, but if you ever had the chance to smash an 8/10 trans hbb, ZERO chance any miscer is saying no. Half you guys desperately chase 2/10's on tinder.

Sex is defined by what chromosomes and reproductive organs you're born with.

Do people walk around in the real world with devices that scan what chromosomes their partner has? Nope. This means that a straight guy could meet the girl of his dreams, they fall in love and get married. She 100% looks like a woman and he never has a way to test the validity of this so he considers her a woman. But, she was actually born a male.

Technically, our boy here is gay. But he genuinely doesn't know he's with a man. He likes women. She looks like one, she has a vagina like one. If they break up, he would go on to live the rest of his life dating "real" women. Is he gay? I mean.... Technically? But then it just feels like a super weak argument on your part.
Agree with everything you've said up until this point in the thread, but the first bolded part I feel is a weak argument. I lean more on Chelshire's side there in the sense that we need clear definitions. I like the points you make though and back you on the other stuff. A little disappointing that people say you're "trying too hard" or "strawmaning" when you try to come to logical conclusions. I hate when people can't articulate their viewpoint and why they feel that way.

The second bolded part I think is a good point, but the sentence has a negative tone to it, in the sense that there is something wrong with being "gay." I would say that yes, by definition, he is gay, and so what? It ends there. The root of the problem is that people have an issue with being called gay or defining their sexuality I guess?

Just my personal thoughts. I'm straight. Enjoyed reading you guys debating back and forth.

I think that its pretty clear cut that male genetalia = male, female genetalia = female , as far as having sex with the person and you being bi/gay/straight.

If someone 100% looks, acts, and is built like a female, then that is straight, but a penis completely throws all of that out of the window as that is THE biggest defining factor of male vs female, that is what is most involved in sexuality and what produces humans.

if you want to argue further that a surgically made vagina/penis is not one, then I would argue that the penis has actually been removed so that takes away that issue, and just like breast implants arent real "breasts" they are still breasts, and feminine. So if a penis is removed and a surgically designed vagina is made in place of it, then yes i think 100% that makes the person female, if all the rest of their appearance is also feminine.

I think Chelshire said it best when she said:

"Words need to have concrete meanings to allow absolute comprehension. This is why wording is so important in all applications, especially in laws for instance"

It's a matter of consistency across the board of all words and language.

when would gay/bi/straight need to be differentiated tho? at this point why does it even matter if anyone has a gay/straight/bi label?

@ the first part, I was pointing out that definitions are pretty pointless to a society unless they serve some kind of purpose. That's why we may categorize male and female based on certain characteristics. The purpose they serve is reproduction.

Look, this is my point:

In reality, you go about dating "women" but unless you've had a child with one or did a DNA test, there's no 100% way to know for sure.

In reality, you decide who is male or female on visual cues and this isn't very reliable. If a guy bangs a fully transitioned and convincing trans woman, is he gay? Well sure I guess, based on the strict definition. Does that really say anything meaningful though?

For all we know you could have banged post op trans women and not known. I mean, how the fuk would you know unless you sent them to a lab to check their chromosomes? I'm pretty sure those vagina surgeries by elite plastic surgeons are 95% identical by now. Or if not now they soon will be.
