Dominant?

They're known for being chitty dung slingers. They're like the tradie of the software world.

The Indians I've worked with are absolutely terrible coders and you end up spending half your day going after them because they:

Replace code they don't understand with chit they copied and pasted from StackOverflow.
Name variables and functions horribly. Half of the time it's something like xafj3lsd_slk.
Thousand line functions. Seriously. They have no clue how to refactor code.
NEVER TEST THEIR FUARKING CODE. But who was unit testing?

Worst I've seen is when one of them legit copied and pasted C++ code into a C# application and wondered why it wasn't working. He didn't know the difference.

I've turned down great paying jobs because I was going to oversee outsourced developers in India. They're very nice people but a nightmare to work with in software.
