There is conflicting information regarding the 'noose.' The first pic I'm about to post is supposedly released by Nascar as the 'noose' they found. Its a a hang-mans noose. The second pictures are supposedly the way the loops tied in the ropes at that location.

Since tying a hanging noose is time consuming its pretty unlikely the garage loop would have been tied that way. Furthermore. The type of rope that the 'hangmans noose' in the pic released by nascar isn't really typical of garage ropes.

FBI's investigation confirmed it was not intended to Bubba as any kind of threat or anything like that. We can conclude from that Nascar lied about the 'noose' and the one pictured below (First pic) isn't the one that was in his garage. Its one they tied to photograph for attention.

Nascar 100% played this up for the media attention. Bubba did his share and didn't denounce any of it.

the FBI investigated and found exactly 1 noose in like 1300 NASCAR garages. It ended up being in the only black guys garage. Considering it was a time when he was making noise about the confederate flag, it seemed like a decent idea to investigate.

It ended up being a coincidence. How is this a hoax?
