Its when people they dont like break the rules that they use the banhammer.

I doubt mods misc that much and if they do, they never post.

I don't doubt there is truth to ken-o's claim but similarly it's likely that salty miscers would be more inclined to report someone if they're envious of their attention.

Now if both of the above premises are true then that would offer an explanation as to why popular miscers get banned more often than nobodies. Mods more likely to deal with reports vs trawling through threads looking for naughty boys
