The military is a money maker for the US.

Man there are so many cuts they could make and still maintain a”small standing Army” as we are not at war like you mentioned. A significant characteristic of a democracy is exactly that, decreasing resources for the military when not in war. I feel a good start would be stop giving so much money to the DOE to maintain our ridiculous and unnecessary nuclear arsenal.

But as I mentioned, the US military is no longer just a defensive, collective security institution. It is a money maker for the US. And a big one. That is why it won’t stop.

I'm pro military and anti cop but yes, military is the #1 money waster in usa. A small army and big nuke arsenal is all usa needs.

There's nothing wrong with producing arms and selling it, as that's got nothing to do with the actual combat military.

The problem I have is how much the US spends on its military for defensive and offensive purposes when it isn't necessary.

What the US has done is that they took the land and resources and barricaded themselves in with massive amounts of weapons and nukes. Because they know that the land has a ton of resources. Just did a 1500 mile trip across the states. Amazing how much land the Brits took.

Oh I don't think. The Asians have always been smarter than the whites. We are elf tier. China may lack in military tech in some areas but thats only because we felt that we didn't need it. US knows they have to be on top of their game so that they don't lose the stolen land.

LMFAO at excellent track record in human history. You can't hide behind the Chinese never took another land. They already had so much that there wasn't a need and honestly they couldn't.

Also trying to hide the fact that Mao killed 45 million+ people, but hey they weren't foreigners so it's cool. China is barbarian level by today's standards as they are running modern day concentration camps.

The japanese did a lot of fuked up chit and deserved those 2 nukes but pearl harbor wasn't really their fault. USA was going to go to war with them eventually and had been cutting of their fuel and their military would've been fuked after a while of this, peal harbor was just them figuring if they were going to go to war anyways, might as well hit first.

As for chinese expansionism, china built a giant fleet in the 1600s, toured the world, found nothing they liked and came home, no conquering. I think the main reason china hasn't been into pillaging though is simply they were bordered by horse people, you know, people like the mongols and the huns who rekt most the known world.

The facts are, the Chinese are just as bad as "white people"

Han China started out small, and slowly conquered & assimilated the majority of people who lived in what is now China. No, they didn't conquer Chinese people, they were different cultures.

The only reason China never really tried to go out and conquer more countries is because they didn't have to, for most of human history China was the economic power of the world because they had all the resources and manpower they could ever need, as well as being geographically pretty isolated from foreign threats.

For most of human history, you were lucky if you were Chinese living in China.

OP is confused about how this works.

Military already submitted to cultural marxism. That is why you have women in combat MOSes, mandatory "men are evil dont rape people" training, homosexuality, transgenders, celebrations every month at each command for anything not straight white male ect. That is why the military is not a target just like the federal police organizations.

Municipal police organizations and NASCAR were some of the last organizations of truly conservative values remaining in the US. That is why they are under attack.



Finally OP's entire premise is flawed, we are not attacked because we have the best deterrent. If you remove that deterrent we would be under attack. Its like you been under a rock for the last 2 months and havent seen what has happened when democrat mayors informed the public that we will not enforce destruction of property, rioting, arson or trespassing laws. Now you see mankind's true nature when there is no deterrent.

I agree, Opie. We could easily cut the military budget in half, redirect towards purely defensive measures, and end all foreign military operations, and still be able to easily repel any foreign enemy.

Look at the most profitable businesses in US economy and a significant percentage are government contractors. Boeing, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon. Everything is tied up into military industry. We lease/sell arms to multiple countries. We have a nuclear arm that extends across multiple nations. We are the frontrunner in military technology. OP's argument is very naive indeed.

I agree. The US would have no problem having a very strong defense program. But offense? Several aircraft carriers? Totally unnecessary for the people of the States. Thats why im kicking all the US bases out in East Asian countries once I become emperor.

The US try to make themselves look high tech but theyre really not. Guns,bombs, jet fighters have been perfected over 100 years and anyone with some skills with these possessions can put up a very tough fight. The US spend billions on stealth tech only for one to be shot down by a hacked 100k radar systems.
