I know more than a dozen guys that started out with nothing and now are very comfortable, some of them have many millions in assets.

Personally, I went from sleeping in my car to retired comfortably in the span of about 12 years.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

American professional baseball player David Eckstein is only 5’6” 175, drafted in the 19th round. Went on to have a really solid mlb career, 2 time all star, 2 time champion, and world season mvp.

He was often interviewed and was always consistent that he was always the underdog and would basically just outwork everyone for his whole life.

Also Earl Boykins had a sold NBA career at only 5’6”. Just making it to the nba at that height is nearly impossible

David ****ing Goggins man. Guy was like 290 lbs, now hes one of the top long distance runners of all time.

dude went through BUDS like 3 times, completed ranger school, started long distant running, rans marathons like they're warm ups. Ran 105 miles in 18 hours. 150 miles in 33 hours. Dudes a freak.
