No...

The succession goes:
VP (there will not be one since his term also ends at noon on the 20th)
House Speaker (again, none since Representatives serve 2 year terms so the House will be empty)
President Pro-tempore of the Senate (oldest member of majority party).

However, 1/3rd of the senate would also be empty leaving state govs to fill vacated Senate seats. Since there would be more Democratic governors filling vacancies, it would actually make the Democrats the majority.

It would be Vermont Senator....

I'm guessing this is one of the cases where trump says something indefensible so its "trolling"

This is yet another item in the long list of things he "thinks" about but probably shouldn't say out loud. If he had spent 5 seconds thinking about it he would realize that he needs Congress to delay the election and there is no reality where they are willing to do that.

How does this help him when he's already teetering in the polls? The conspiracy theorists are gonna eat this chit up, and Lincoln Project is certain to make an attack ad of this statement behind spooky piano music.
